THE SUNDAY TIMES TOP 100 COMPANIES TO WORK FOR, AND THE SUNDAY TIMES SME EXPORT TRACK 100
We are excited to announce we have made The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For list once again. As part of Search Laboratory Group, we have achieved a three-star status and a place on the Best 100 Small Companies list, showing the commitment we have to creating an inspiring and happy workplace.
In addition to that, we’ve also made it into The Sunday Times’ SME Export Track 100 List, demonstrating how our approach to helping companies go global, through optimised website translation and data-driven digital marketing, is consistently winning work from top brands all over the world.
ACCOLADES, ACCREDITATIONS AND GROWTH
The Search Laboratory Group continues to grow year-on-year, with new awards and accreditations all the time. Translation Laboratory is the fastest-growing company within the group, and is forecasted to grow even faster this year as a growing list of clients is investing in optimised website translation services.
In the last 12 months, Search Laboratory also became one of only a handful of Google Analytics 360 Sales Partners in the UK, and was voted Best Large PPC Agency in the United States at the US Search Awards.
Whilst the Best Companies list is a survey of staff, asking them to anonymously score factors, such as wellbeing, pay and leadership, the SME Export Track 100 criteria focuses on international sales and year-on-year international sales growth. Our group international sales have grown 47.64% on average per annum across the last two years, with £4.4m of a total £10.9m sales now coming from overseas clients.
What underpins this success is a great company ethos, led by a senior team that are incredibly skilled and passionate about what they do. We are ranked as high as 26th in the list for wellbeing and 56th for leadership, with 94% of staff saying the company is led on sound moral principles.
Translation LaboratoRy Managing Director, Nicola Carmyllie, COMMENTED
“Awards like these really reflect the quality of the staff we recruit, and the training, support and career development opportunities we offer. It’s great to see this being recognised, and particularly to see our clients having the confidence to keep increasing their investment in our services.”
